Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ermias Group LLC, the company that operates Resume Magic AI. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Resume Magic AI compares a resume you provide against a job description you provide and produces analysis, verification results and an optimized resume with supporting materials.

Resume Magic AI provides automated resume analysis and writing assistance. Scores and recommendations are estimates and do not guarantee ATS acceptance, interviews, employment, job offers, visa sponsorship or immigration approval.

Resume Magic is designed to support fair, job-relevant resume analysis. Employment laws vary by jurisdiction, and employers remain responsible for their own legal compliance.

Resume Magic AI does not provide legal, immigration, recruiting or employment-placement services and does not represent you to employers.

Resume Magic AI is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create accounts or submit personal information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

• You must have the right to submit the resume, job description and any other content you provide.
• Your content must be accurate. Do not submit false employment history, false credentials or another person's information without authorization.
• You keep ownership of your original resume information.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and display your submitted content in order to provide the features you request, including analysis, optimization, saved records and exports.

You may not use Resume Magic AI for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes, to misrepresent someone else, to attempt to break or overload the service, to circumvent access or payment controls, or to scrape or resell the service.

The current offers are:

• $9.99 — one-time unlock of a single job-specific application kit.
• $24.99 — one-time five-job pack, giving five Job Pack credits.
• $19.99 per month — Resume Magic Pro subscription.

Prices are charged in US dollars and are confirmed on the secure checkout page before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Resume Magic Pro is $19.99 per month and renews automatically each month until canceled.

Cancel online through My Account → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Cancel before the next renewal date shown in the billing portal to avoid the next charge.

If the billing portal is unavailable, email support@resume-magic.app from your registered account email and clearly request cancellation. We may securely verify account control before processing the request.

One-time purchases do not renew. Cancellation is not the same as a refund; refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You keep ownership of your original resume information and of the optimized resume content produced for you. Ermias Group LLC keeps ownership of Resume Magic AI itself — the software, interface, design, text and underlying methods — and nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may modify, add or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature you are currently paying for, you may cancel your subscription as described above.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used for unlawful or abusive activity. You may stop using the service at any time, delete individual saved resumes, and request account deletion through Support.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the analysis, scores or optimized output will produce any particular hiring, ATS, immigration or employment result. You are responsible for reviewing your resume before you send it to anyone.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where legally enforceable, the venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If these policies change, the Last Updated date at the top of the page will change. Where appropriate or legally required, we will also give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the service or to your registered email address before those changes take effect.
